Ingredients:

  • 500g of roasted goose meat
  • 5 slices of whole grain bread
  • 100g of fresh greens (lettuce, spinach)
  • 50g of mayonnaise
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Grill or Pan
  • Spatula

Instructions:

  • Begin by slicing the roasted goose meat into thin pieces.
  • Toast the whole grain bread lightly on a grill or in a pan.
  • Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each slice of toasted bread.
  • Layer the sliced goose meat on one slice of bread.
  • Add fresh greens and slices of tomato on top of the goose meat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with another slice of bread to complete the sandwich.
  • Repeat the process to assemble the remaining sandwiches.
