- 500g of mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, and mussels)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 lemon wedges for serving
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the mixed seafood to the pan and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately on plates, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
