Ingredients:

  • 500g of mixed seafood (shrimp, calamari, and mussels)
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 5 lemon wedges for serving
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Kitchen Tools Needed:

  • Frying Pan
  • Spatula
  • Serving Plates

Instructions:

  • Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the mixed seafood to the pan and sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the seafood is cooked through and opaque.
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately on plates, garnished with fresh parsley and lemon wedges.
